The Sun · Card Meaning

The Sun doesn’t pick who it shines on. When it comes out, you don’t have to pretend, don’t have to hide — your whole self is glowing.

Upright

A child rides a horse in the sunlight, no cover, no guard, purely happy. The Sun is the warmest card in the deck: success, clarity, joy from the inside out, and the openness of “I can finally be myself.” When this card appears, the universe has your back: go and shine — you were always worthy of this brightness.

Reversed

The Sun is still there, just behind a cloud for a while. The reversed Sun isn’t a bad thing — happiness is coming slower, or being held down by yourself. Don’t rush to deny everything, and don’t overdo the “I’m fine” act. The clouds will part; give it a little time.
